The service
DrawExec is software that helps traders turn chart drawings into automated or semi-automated execution across connected exchanges, with journaling, coaching, strategy lab, and marketplace features. We provide software — we are not your broker, RIA, or prop firm capital provider unless a separate written agreement says so.
Trading risk
Automated and semi-automated trading can lose money rapidly. Paper mode is the default. Live mode requires your explicit connection of exchange credentials and can place real orders. You are solely responsible for API key permissions, risk settings, and exchange account balances. Past results, marketplace track records, and coach insights are not guarantees.
Not investment advice
Coach insights, AI-generated suggestions, and marketplace strategies are informational tools. They are not personalized investment advice. Kill switch and risk gates reduce but do not eliminate residual open positions or exchange-side risk.
Marketplace / investors
Where marketplace subscription or performance-fee features are offered, additional risk applies (slippage, strategy changes, leader pause). Payment and KYC rails may be limited while the product is in draft legal status — do not rely on present-tense fee language until counsel and payments are production-live.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, violate exchange terms, or threaten platform integrity.
